The three week series will be taught by Natasha.
Natasha Gulley, is an LCPS educator, mother and yogi. She holds a Master’s in Education and a 500-hour Yoga Instructor certification from Yoga Alliance. With over 10 years of education experience and 14 years practicing and teaching yoga, Natasha hopes to spread her passion for yoga to kids of all
backgrounds and abilities.
3 week yoga immersion will includeIn this 2 hour  class, kids ages 9-12 will connect with each other in a meaningful way through the deeply beneficial and fun practice of yoga and Mindfulness meditation. Participants will learn basic to intermediate yoga poses, partner poses, and how to calm their emotions, sharpen their senses and stay present in the moment through Mindfulness meditation. We will culminate each day with a fun peak pose, team building activities and soul-enhancing self-affirmation practices. Kids will become aware of their physical, mental and emotional power and leave the 3-week session with a yoga
toolkit that they can utilize in their daily lives.

Yin and Restorative Yoga Mini Retreat

Workshop is led by Gaura Natraj
H.G.Gaur Natraj Das (Nithin Bhat) is a disciple of H.H.Bhakti Raghava Swami. He completed his Mechanical engineering from Mangalore University. He was introduced to the Hare Krishna movement in 1999 when he was studying engineering and since then has been working on concepts of Yoga, living in coherence with nature namely the concept of Varnasrama. Under the directions of his Guru and divine inspiration he took up studying Yoga and Astrology. He formally joined the Post-Graduate study on Yoga in the Department of Yogic Sciences, Mangalore University (2003-2005) He completed the study with Distinction and has been engaged in pursuing Yogic studies ever since. Both Gaur Natraj Das and his wife Sundari Devi Dasi are now pursuing traditional Yoga studies and continuing further research in terms of Mind control, diet and spirituality through the practice of yoga . Both are engaged in travelling and teaching yoga according to the needs of different people.
