Christine has been practicing yoga for many years and loves to practice various styles. She especially loves to explore the movement side of yoga, and she is passionate about helping students find what works for their individual practice. She believes in sprinkling some fun in to the practice, while still focusing on breath and good alignment. She loves to see the change yoga can bring to others, both physically and mentally.
Christine received her 200 hour RYT through Yogaworks, and has been Buti Yoga Certified, as well as attending Advanced Buti Yoga training.
Off the mat, Christine loves spending time with her husband and three children. She also likes to travel, cook (and eat!) good food, and read.
After spending many years in her 20s and early 30s extremely overweight, Tabitha started loving herself with aerials rather than food. She took that love to Aerial Fun and Fitness in Delaware to receive intensive training and certifications in levels 1, 2, and 3. She loves encouraging her students through circuits, conditioning, flows, and stretching in her intermediate level aerial class. Come flip out (of the hammock) with Tabitha.
Kavita has been practicing yoga for the last four years and has been teaching Vinyasa and Basics yoga for the last two years. Her journey started as a way to feel connected to and embrace her Indian heritage and culture. Throughout her yoga journey, Kavita began to find stillness and feel grounded through the rollercoaster of life. Yoga has taught Kavita about being confident in herself. She says that when you completely rid the mind of any negative thoughts of ‘I can’t’ and fully embrace the positive thought of ‘I can’, you will accomplish anything you set your mind to!
