In this intro to lyra class we will focus on basic conditioning exercises, safely mounting and dismounting, and foundational poses on the hoop. By the end of class, students will know a quick beginner sequence in the air.

After thanksgiving and before Christmas, perfect time to take an evening for yourself. Take a few hours on a Friday evening to reset and restore your mind body and spirit. Very limited spots so we can ensure individual attention and assist.
Aerial Restorative yoga! This Aerial Restorative Yoga workshop is designed to increase mindful stress reduction and relaxation. It utilizes silk hammocks hung low about 10 inches off of the ground to help and assist in holding the poses longer therefore focusing on relaxation and reduce stress.
Restorative Yoga will be limited in size as the postures are held in supportive positions with blankets, bolsters and other stress reducing elements requiring more attention and adjustment.
We will use gentle massage have special eye pillows to help the mind relax and come back to the present moment while the body is in a supported posture (asana).
The class will conclude with a guided meditation for stress reduction.
